Fitness is more than just workouts - what you do, what you eat, how you feel, how you sleep - everything is equally important. Together, you and I will focus on all aspects of your health. Whether you are at home, in the gym, or on the road - I will be part of your fitness journey. I will be there to guide you through tough times, to check your form on video calls, to celebrate your wins, and to be on top of all the last-minute schedule changes.

I have been active in fitness since a young age. I begin training in boxing at the age of 3 and have been active in the sport since that time. Unfortunately, injury plagued me during my boxing career which ultimately led me to college after high school where I would further my knowledge in fitness and utilizing my knowledge in boxing to train other young boxers. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with Bachelor's degrees in both Biology and Exercise Science. I was also able to obtained a minor in Gerontology while attending UNCC, and receive my certifications as a certified Master Trainer from NCSF. In 2019 I became one of the very first Licensed Chiropractic Assistants in the state of New Jersey and a graduate of the New York Chiropractic College’s inaugural first class of LCA’s to finish the program. I am very enthusiastic and committed to helping and facilitating the fitness goals for the patients and/or clients that I work with. I am devoted and committed to those that I work with to find the easiest, fastest, and safest way to help them achieve their fitness goals through exercise, nutrition, and proper dieting. I believe there is nothing better than exercise to promote longevity, vitality, and a healthy lifestyle through life long fitness. I am passionate about health, wellness, nutrition, and helping others. I'm a firm believer that to change your life you need to learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. My philosophy is simple. Discipline leads to habits. Habits lead to consistency. Consistency leads to growth.
