I have been active in fitness since a young age. I begin training in boxing at the age of 3 and have been active in the sport since that time. Unfortunately, injury plagued me during my boxing career which ultimately led me to college after high school where I would further my knowledge in fitness and utilizing my knowledge in boxing to train other young boxers. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with Bachelor's degrees in both Biology and Exercise Science. I was also able to obtained a minor in Gerontology while attending UNCC, and receive my certifications as a certified Master Trainer from NCSF. In 2019 I became one of the very first Licensed Chiropractic Assistants in the state of New Jersey and a graduate of the New York Chiropractic College’s inaugural first class of LCA’s to finish the program. I am very enthusiastic and committed to helping and facilitating the fitness goals for the patients and/or clients that I work with. I am devoted and committed to those that I work with to find the easiest, fastest, and safest way to help them achieve their fitness goals through exercise, nutrition, and proper dieting. I believe there is nothing better than exercise to promote longevity, vitality, and a healthy lifestyle through life long fitness. I am passionate about health, wellness, nutrition, and helping others. I'm a firm believer that to change your life you need to learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
